Forum Introduction
蛋白-蛋白相互作用（Protein-Protein Interactions，PPIs）是生命活动的重要分子基础，也是现代创新药物研发的前沿方向。靶向蛋白降解（Targeted Protein Degradation，TPD）作为PPI调控最具代表性的创新策略之一，通过选择性清除疾病相关蛋白，正在重塑药物研发范式。近期，全球首个PROTAC降解剂Vepdegestrant获批上市，标志着靶向蛋白降解正式迈入临床转化与产业化发展的新阶段。
本次研讨会由Promega公司和北京大学联合举办，将汇聚全球知名科学家、临床医生、产业先锋和投资人，围绕蛋白质相互作用与靶向蛋白降解领域的最新进展进行深入交流，共同探讨前沿技术如何驱动生命科学创新与药物研发，促进基础研究、临床转化与产业发展的深度融合，推动下一代精准治疗策略的发展。
Protein–protein interactions (PPIs) are fundamental to virtually all cellular processes and represent a major frontier in modern drug discovery. As one of the most representative therapeutic strategies based on PPI modulation, targeted protein degradation (TPD) enables the selective elimination of disease-associated proteins and is reshaping the paradigm of innovative drug discovery. The recent regulatory approval of the first PROTAC degrader, Vepdegestrant, marks a major milestone for the field, ushering targeted protein degradation into a new era of clinical translation and industrial development.
Jointly organized by Promega and Peking University, this forum will bring together leading scientists, clinicians, industry innovators, and investors to discuss the latest advances in protein–protein interactions and targeted protein degradation. Participants will explore how emerging technologies are driving innovation in the life sciences and drug discovery, fostering closer integration of basic research, clinical translation, and industrial development, and accelerating the development of next-generation precision therapeutics.

Present your research in protein–protein interactions, targeted protein degradation, induced proximity, chemical biology, drug discovery, and translational medicine. Showcase your innovative work in a 3-minute Flash Talk, engage face-to-face with leading scientists, clinicians, industry experts, and investors, and receive valuable feedback from distinguished reviewers. Outstanding presentations will be recognized with certificates and cash awards, while opening new opportunities for scientific exchange and future collaborations.
